Starting today, you’re going to take control of your life in the best way that you can. I am here for you. Actually, scratch that, I’m here with you.
There’s always something new you’re going to have to survive. I used to hate hearing “problem no dey finish” I knew what it meant, of course,
but I just hated it, I hate negativity. I still hate the saying but now I take it with a grain of salt and have found better words to rephrase the message.
A lot of the time, we have more control over our lives than we imagine. I'm here to emphasize the importance of recognizing your control and navigating life deliberately, one step at a time.
You can’t come and kill yourself, and what is stressing you, will not kill you! Somebody shout hallelujah!
Life is meant for the living my dear.
I’ve been pregnant with Connoisseuring Ndu’m for several years now. Chile! It was about time, please. Very often, I’ve been told by friends and family that I know how to make the most out of life. We give thanks to the Lord God for that. Albeit, it was a gradual process, with a lot of factors that have contributed to the fact. It will also be a shame to hear something good about yourself severally and not nurture it. I feel I have fairly been good at, quote-unquote, being “selfish” lol well, I’ve just been good at prioritizing my joy and truthfully choosing myself but never at the detriment of any other person. I do not like wickedness.
I feel I unlocked new heights with my resilience to staying committed to the good things of life in 2022 when I read "The Orange" by Wendy Cope. It changed my life.

"I'm glad I exist" became a beacon of profound change in my life. Such tender words restored a great sense a great sense of confidence and reshaped my perspective on living.
It reminded me of the gift of existence, it reminded me of the gift of love, it reminded me of the importance of gratitude, it reminded me of my power to create my world, it reminded me of the things that should be important to me; crafting a world that aligns with what truly holds significance.
Even in moments that may appear devoid of reasons to be grateful, recognize that your very existence holds the power to instill hope within you.
Wow!! "recognise that your very existence holds the power to instill hope within you" this line is so powerful. Thank you for sharing Chidera, this is truly inspiring, i'm so proud, super excited to go on this journey with you!!
Wow, oftentimes we get lost in our problems and we forget “the gift of existence “ and just living in the present. And this is something i have promised myself to live by this year, live in the present and don’t forget to Thank God, lol. This is amazing!
